These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rozzpost ("we", "us", "our") at rozzpost.com and our services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rozzpost is an AI-powered platform that generates social media and marketing content based on the brand details and instructions you provide, and — where you connect and authorize an account — can publish approved content to supported platforms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the rules of any platform you connect. You are responsible for the content you generate, approve, and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
Content is produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing content before using or publishing it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.
As between you and us, you own the brand information you provide and the content you generate through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, to process, store, and — at your direction — publish your content).
If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other platform, you authorize us to publish content you approve on your behalf, in accordance with that platform's terms. You can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any connected platform.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay, in the currency shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Each plan includes monthly limits (such as the number of posts and brands). We may enforce these limits and reasonable measures to prevent abuse.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozzpost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse or fraud.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
