This page explains how to delete your Rozzpost account and the data associated with it, including any data we obtained when you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account. You are always in control of your data and can remove it at any time.
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to publish content, you can remove that connection — and the access tokens we stored for it — at any time:
Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the access tokens and connection details Rozzpost held for that account. After this, Rozzpost can no longer access or publish to it.
You can also revoke Rozzpost's access from Facebook's side: open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select Rozzpost, and choose Remove.
To permanently delete your Rozzpost account and all associated data (your profile, brands, generated posts, and any connected-account tokens), send a request from your account email address to support@rozzpost.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We verify the request comes from the account owner and then permanently delete the account and its data.
We complete deletion within 30 days of the request. We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example, payment/transaction records for tax and accounting), and never for marketing.
Once your data has been deleted, we will confirm by email. If you have any questions about deleting your data, contact us at support@rozzpost.com.
