This Privacy Policy explains how Rozzpost ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website at rozzpost.com and our services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Rozzpost is an AI marketing assistant for small businesses (blog and social posts, publishing, and search and ads reporting), operated from India by Abhrodip Paul (sole proprietorship, trading as Rozzpost). For any privacy question, contact support@rozzpost.com.
Account information — your name, email address, and country, provided when you register.
Authentication data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Brand and content data — the brand profiles, topics, instructions, and generated posts you create in the Service.
Connected social accounts — if you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to auto-publish, we store the access tokens Meta provides so we can publish on your behalf. We only access what you authorize and only to publish content you approve. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.
Connected Google services — if you choose to connect Google Ads, Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we receive the data described in section 5 ("Google User Data") below.
Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details; we retain only transaction identifiers and subscription status.
Usage data — logs of how you use the Service (posts generated, features used), and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
Content and answers are produced with AI models from Anthropic (Claude), accessed through Anthropic's commercial API (and, as a fallback, through Amazon Web Services). Your prompts, brand details and — only when you ask Rozzpost a question about your results — the relevant numbers from services you connected are sent to the model to produce the response. Under these providers' commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models, and we do not use your data to train any AI model.
Connecting a Google service is optional and done by you, for your own business, from Rozzpost → Integrations. We request read-only access, except for Google Ads, which offers no narrower permission.
What we access
webmasters.readonly): search performance for the site you choose — queries, pages, clicks, impressions and average position.analytics.readonly): visit reports for the GA4 property you choose — sessions, users, page views, top pages, traffic sources and countries.adwords): the Ads account you choose — campaigns, budgets, spend, clicks, conversions, keywords, search terms and locations.How we use it — only to provide the features you see: showing your results and reports, answering your questions about them in Rozzpost's Ask panel, suggesting improvements (for example, which blog posts to refresh or which ad keywords to pause), and making Google Ads changes only after you review and approve each one (every change can be undone). We do not use Google user data for advertising, to build profiles, for credit or lending decisions, or for any purpose unrelated to these features.
Sharing — we do not sell Google user data or transfer it to data brokers, advertisers or anyone else for their own use. It is processed only by service providers that run Rozzpost features for you, and only to the extent each feature needs: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage); Anthropic, our AI provider (section 4), when you ask a question about your results or run an analysis of them (such as a growth review) — under its commercial terms it does not use this data to train models; and Resend, which delivers the results emails you receive (these can contain your Search Console numbers). We may disclose data if required by law.
Protection — data travels only over encrypted connections (TLS). The access tokens Google gives us are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and are never shown in the app or sent to the AI. Access to production systems is limited to the operator.
Retention and deletion — disconnecting a Google service in Integrations immediately deletes its stored tokens; disconnecting Google Analytics also deletes the visit numbers we synced. Other synced reports stay in your account so you can see past results until you delete the business or your account. When you delete your account, or ask us at support@rozzpost.com, we delete your Google user data within 30 days. You can also remove Rozzpost's access at any time from your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/connections).
Limited Use — Rozzpost's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and disconnect any linked social accounts, except where we must retain limited records (e.g., transaction records) to meet legal or accounting obligations.
You can access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account and associated data, see our Data Deletion instructions or email support@rozzpost.com and we will action it promptly. Disconnecting a Facebook/Instagram account removes the stored tokens immediately.
Inside the app we use browser local storage to keep you signed in (a secure authentication token). Our public website (rozzpost.com) uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags, which set cookies, to understand visits and how our ads perform. When you sign up, we record how you first found Rozzpost (the referring site, or a campaign link's parameters) so we can understand which channels work.
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted with TLS, and third-party access tokens (including all Google tokens) are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated by email to active users.
