This Privacy Policy explains how Rozzpost ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website at rozzpost.com and our services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Rozzpost is an AI-powered social media content generation platform operated from India. For any privacy question, contact support@rozzpost.com.
Account information — your name, email address, and country, provided when you register.
Authentication data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Brand and content data — the brand profiles, topics, instructions, and generated posts you create in the Service.
Connected social accounts — if you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to auto-publish, we store the access tokens Meta provides so we can publish on your behalf. We only access what you authorize and only to publish content you approve. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.
Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details; we retain only transaction identifiers and subscription status.
Usage data — logs of how you use the Service (posts generated, features used), and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
Content is generated using AI models hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Bedrock). Your prompts and brand details are sent to these models to produce content. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and disconnect any linked social accounts, except where we must retain limited records (e.g., transaction records) to meet legal or accounting obligations.
You can access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account and associated data, see our Data Deletion instructions or email support@rozzpost.com and we will action it promptly. Disconnecting a Facebook/Instagram account removes the stored tokens immediately.
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (a secure authentication token). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted with TLS, and access tokens are stored securely. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated by email to active users.
