Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Rozzpost offers a 7-day free trial that includes up to 10 generated posts. No payment is required to start the trial, so no refund applies. You can stop using the service at any time during the trial without any charge.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) are billed in advance for one billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. You retain access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Because monthly plans are short-cycle and content is delivered continuously, partial-month refunds are not offered for monthly subscriptions.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid year.

4. Failed or Unusable AI Generations

If a content generation request fails due to a service error on our side, the post credits will be automatically restored to your monthly quota at no cost. You will not be charged for posts that were not delivered.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you are charged twice for the same billing period or have been billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will verify the transaction with our payment processor (Razorpay) and issue a full refund of the duplicate amount.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request to billing@rozzpost.com with:

  • The email address on your Rozzpost account
  • The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (visible in your billing history and confirmation email)
  • The reason for the refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original Razorpay payment method and typically arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve almost all billing issues directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending review.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
